World Space Week 2000 Plans Vienna -- October 4 -- The United Nations hosts an event at the National Library to launch World Space Week from 3:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. The event will feature a special, video address by the science fiction author Arthur C. Clarke and a live panel of space explorers. If you would like to attend, please contact oosa@unvienna.org before 15 September. Seats are free, but there may only be a few available.
