Motivate Students During World Space Week!

We want to invite you to get involved in the largest annual public space event on Earth! Our Invitation to Participate is available in many languages, so forward it to friends & colleagues.

World Space Week, October 4-10 annually, is the ideal time for you to use space in the classroom to excite students about learning science, technology, engineering & math. Due to the very multi-disciplinary nature of space you can use it to teach anything in fact!

One important point: you have to register your planned event in our Calendar, the earlier the better.

Note: For 2009 more $500 Educational Awards available!

Read more about the World Space Week 2008 Educational Awards winners:
- Mrs. Rebecca Sutton, teacher of 4-6th grade (9-12 year-olds) science, Dallas, TX, USA.
- Romanian Space Agency, representing the many and great Romanian contributions.

This is the winning entry from last year. The video very well captures the essence of World Space Week: to inspire the next generation in the believe that they will accomplish many great things for all mankind; while having great fun! See for yourself:
