| Event Description: | Within the framework of All-Russia Science Festival Round-table discussion “Bauman students in space” will take place. In agenda: meetings with Russian cosmonauts, that already done space missions or are trainee. Cosmonauts – graduators of BMSTU Oleg Artemyev, Sergey Kud’-Sverchkov, Denis Matveev, Andrey Babkin, and also specialist of hydro-laboratory Maxim Zaytsev will meet with pupils and students that interested in space explorations and space technology. |

| Report on the Results: | This autumn I participated in round table discussion “Bauman alumni in space”. Conference hall was full of students and pupils and it took me a significant effort to get in. The first were Russian cosmonauts Sergey Cud’-Sverchkov and Dmitry Matveev, both are graduates of BMSTU. After them another graduate Sergey Zhukov answered our questions. Now he is vice-president of “Skolkovo” Far East developing fund. Audience have been attracted and fascinated with the stories and real examples how to become a cosmonaut. The speakers described in detail their experience in the Cosmonaut Corps. The speech was accompanied by scientific films and was concluded by an extensive debate with the audience |
