| Event Description: | MAPS team have already visited several schools and universities to sensitize the students on the program (by giving presentation to explain What Remote Sensing is. sensing. The main event will be video conference by Dr Son V. Nghiem , a NASA Senior Research Scientist. The event has been organized by the MAPS, the American Embassy, NASA and the AmericanCenter of Madagascar.The event will take place at teh American Center on October 6th at 7 AM. After that we will have several film documentaries on Space Science played at the American Center. It should be pointed out that we will have full press coverage as an International Symposium on Remote Sensing is due to take place right after the WSW in Madagascar and several international specialists will take part to the event.Embassy earch |
