Event Description: | During the world space week, the Israeli Space Agency (ISA) which operates under the auspices of the Israeli Ministry of Science, Technology and Space, are having a series of lectures on space subjects, focusing on remote sensing. The lectures will take place in bars and pubs across the country, and are open to the public with no cost. Prof. Ari Laor Is an astrophysicist specializing in black holes, and a staff member in the Technion research institute. Prof. Ari will talk about massive black holes - do they even exists? if so, are the meaning of it? The lecture will start at 20:00, and will last for an hour. |
