| Event Description: | Explore the ancient landscapes, take control of the thrones of the old tribal rulers and see the sky through the rocky targets as the first observers did thousands of years ago! As part of our celebraton of World Space Week this year, on Saturday (07.10) we are conquering Kokino, a megalithic observatory located in the vicinity of the municipality of Staro Nagoricane. The observatory was discovered accidentally in 2001 by Bulgarian and Macedonian archaeologists, and in 2002, the researches were started by the National Museum in Kumanovo. It dates back to 1800. BC, or early Bronze Age, and extends to an area of 5,000 square meters. Departure by bus is on Saturday, 10:30 am. Arriving back to Skopje, around 16:00, the same day. |

| Report on the Results: | Even though the weather was not on our side (it started snowing), the visit went great and it was a real adventure for everyone. |
