| Event Description: | There will be a set of display of set of poster from IAU Above and Beyond Exhibition which showcase some of the most significant astronomical breakthroughs over the last century. There will also be a mini seminar about solar eclipse for 90 students. A ringed-eclipse will take place in Indonesia on December 26, 2019. It is expected that students will learn about the phenomenon and know how to observe it. Students will also learn how to make a pinhole used to observe the eclipse.If the weather permits, students will observe the sun using special glasses. The event will also be open for public. |
