| Event Description: | Even though the pandemic has brought a unique set of challenges with it, Kalpana Youth Foundation is celebrating World Space Week with same enthusiasm and gusto. This is our 7th consecutive year of celebrating World Space Week. We have organized various event throughout the week. Competitions are poster making competition, Space Trivia, Essay competition, PPT presentation. Apart from the competitions we have planned various seminars & webinars of eminent personalities around the globe under our segment "KYF Talk". The Covid-19 crisis did not allow us to have a World Space Week rally and exhibition this year like every year, but we have added some new features in our competitions like e-poster category in Poster making competition, A "Special-Task" round in the PPT Presentation competition. We aim to reach as many people as possible and inspire students, space enthusiasts, citizen scientists to take up STEM as career, educate them or encourage them to contribute to the Astronomy field. |
