| Event Description: | Workshops will be held online on the Google Classroom platform, using Google Meet. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to design and print using a 3D printer. The webinars will focus mainly on the following topics: 1. Prototyping: from the idea to the real object 2. 3D design for beginners using Tinkercad 3. The next step in 3D design - DesignSpark 4. The principle of operation of 3D printers 5. Slicer - from the 3D file to machine code 6. Setting up a remote 3D print server using Raspberry Pi 7. Practicing 3D Printing - printing an astronaut, a telescope and a spaceship Through the Astroprint application, participants will be able to practically experience 3D printing, sending commands to the printer from their own mobile phone. |
