| Event Description: | The seminar at EO satellite Azersky role in solution of space and sustainability issues was held by the Geographical information systems trainer at Azercosmos at Baku State University on October 6, 2022, at 2:00 PM. The seminar started with a short introduction of Azercosmos, its satellites and activities, especially in the GIS area. Later, the more emphasis was put on EO satellite Azersky, its application areas as well as its contributions to achieve the SDG. Information on concrete projects carried out by Azercosmos such as fighting climate change, investigating and calculating the crops types, etc. was given to the students. |
