| Event Description: | This Filipino Space Food Development of PhilSA aims to develop a shelf-stable and nutritious food and packaging system that can nourish humans in space exploration and analog missions. Organized by the Agency, this webinar on space food, nutrition, and advanced food packaging systems will be on 09 October 2024, and will be attended by various representatives from the government, private, industry, and academe groups. The following are the objectives of the workshop: (1) to introduce essential concepts on space food and nutrition to various government, academe, and industry groups; (2) to engage experts and exchange information in the field of space food development; and (3) to establish linkages and gather insights for the future development of a roadmap of space food development in the Philippines. |
