| Event Description: | Students will learn about the International Space Station (ISS). They will study about topics like its position in space, its orbit around our planet and its speed. In parallel, they will be informed about the life of the multinational team of astronauts who exist together to help humanity understand issues from climate change to the creation of medicines for humans. In addition, they will have the opportunity to take part in “Mission 88” which is part of NASA's EarthKAM program, in the context of which they will use a camera mounted on the ISS to take pictures of places on Earth whose coordinates they will have provided. |
