The World Space Week logo is the intellectual property of World Space Week Association (WSWA). As official Service Marks, they are projected by global intellectual property
laws. WSWA grants permission only to organizations that meet all of the following requirements:
- You are holding one or more space-related events or programs starting and/or ending during the first half of October.
- You enter information on each such event or program in the WSW calendar
- You only use the logo in conjunction with these programs
- You do not use the logo on anything for sale without the written permission of WSWA
