Centre National d'Études Spatiales (CNES) 1971 to 2006
In charge of the relations with ESA for the use of the Kourou space center until 1985.
Special assistant to the CNES's Secretary General for Guiana affairs until 1992.
Joined the International Directorate in 1993. In charge of relations with African and Mediterranean countries until 1999 and of the UN
Committee for the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space from 1996 to now.
From Nov. 2001, detached from CNES to DLR (Germany) in the Strategy Development unit, dealing mainly with International Affairs (UN and
international cooperation).
