World Space Week 2005 Report World Space Week 2005 was celebrated at the Panama campus of Florida State University (FSU). The celebration involved the City of Knowledge Foundation, which is working with various other organizations in a NASA project here. Since year 2005 is also the World Year of Physics (WYP), we cooperated too with the national physics society. We also planned with the National Library an Einstein Week related to WYP 2005, since Einstein was here for a visit and speech in 1930. At FSU during World Space Week, students campaigned to get a telescope observatory site. They are rebuilding one small telescope left at FSU-Panama. |
