Celebrate World Space Week!

World Space Week is open to everyone and participating is easy:

    1) Plan a space-related event for October 4-10.  Events can take any form and achieve any objective. They can be public or private. They can be a physical event or be in the media or on the Internet. Events can promote space, express your space views, inspire students, or promote your organization.

    2) Add your event to the World Space Week calendar

    3) Use the World Space Week name and logo in program and publicity materials.

    4) Tell the media about your event.  If there are other participants in your area, coordinate media relations with them for greater impact.

    5) During the event, take pictures, estimate attendance, and note all media coverage.

    6) After the event, add to your existing calendar listing a brief report, attendance, and media impressions. Submit your best pictures for the UN Annual World Space Week Report.

    7) Throughout this process, stay in contact with your national coordinator, if any.
