| Event Name: | Among the stars in STEM steps (Printre stele în pași de STEM) |
| Event Description: | Debating ideas and projects with an interdisciplinary character, in order to improve the teaching of the sciences in the classroom and to find the fascination of the space domain (learning through the game). From October 4-10, 2018, at the "Emil Racovita" National College we enjoyed bringing a little bit more to the sky in the World Space Week! About 700 students, coordinated by professors Ioana - Anca Ieremie, Liliana - Tatiana Nicolae, Simona Popa, Nicoleta Bida Şurubaru, as well as collaborators. The purpose of our activities was to awaken the "cosmic space fascination" and to motivate students in the passion for this field. The activities we have done: models of natural materials that the autumn offered; presentations and debates on topics of interest: "Space unites the world" "Astrobiology" and "Human Body Parameters in Cosmic Space"; making a Lego piece of the Curiosity Rover; exhibition of drawings on "Space unites the world"; galactic spiral in "The Music of the Stars"; Our galaxy is a gigantic structure, a huge stellar disk in which hundreds of billions of stars rotate around the galactic center, also known as the Milky Way Galaxy.
