Event Description: | Humankind has benefited directly from products and services provided by space technologies. The use of space applications ranges from scientific, societal to commercial. In this lecture, we aim to comprehend the benefits of space applications, and how they affect our society from a user's perspective. We will examine the different types of space applications and review different space missions from our past, present, and future. This lecture will also provide a general introduction to spacecraft missions, including historical background, basic principles, and practical benefits.
