| Event Description: | he Education Board of Sibiu invited representatives of its projects schools- partners to participate at a summing-up activity of Astronomy and Astrophysics called “The World Space Week- Discover the Universe Yourself!”, that was held on Friday, Oktober 8th , 12 p.m., in The School Inspectorate-Sibiu County. The aim of this activity was to put forth best practice models of activities undertaken by schools in the county of Sibiu throughout The Word Space Week. |

| Report on the Results: | The participating students and teachers displayed a festive exhibition in order to present astronomy-inspired drawings, rocket models and astrographies; they presented the results of the activities with the help of astromusic and powerpoint presentations . Watching the DVD too, asking questions about the material presented. At the end, certificates were awarded for those whose creativity and innovation in the study of Astronomy in this special week, resulted in outstanding performances. For the participants(60), this special week opened the door towards a better knowledge of the Universe, and they propose to take part all to An Astronomy Students Club of Sibiu County . |
