| Event Description: | Essay writing competition among students of different schools shall be held at Satellite Research & Development Centre, Lahore on 07 October 2011. |

| Report on the Results: | An essay writing competition in English and Urdu language was held at school and college level. The students were given some pictures (of planets/astronauts/space ships). They had one hour to compose an essay. Word limit for English was 200-300 words and word limit for Urdu was 300-500 words. The essays were marked by external faculty. Again massive participation was recorded and the judges were impressed with the creative thought process of students. The winners will be presented with certificates and shields on the last day of World Space Week. |
