Event Name:  World Space Week Space Challenge
Event Description:  We will have a table at all three lunches. We will have information about the International Space Station with a laptop showing the live feed from the ISS. We will have information about space telescopes and how viewing space in various different waves of the electromagnetic spectrum is helpful. We will have a laptop with a website that allows you to change the electromagnetic spectrum of the pictured nebula. We will also have information on previous and current moon programs. We will have two laptops running the Lunar Lander Phet to challenge students to land without crashing.

Report on the Results:  Students played the Phet Lunar Lander while buying Homecoming Dance tickets. All students walked by and many stopped. Some administrators also played. Several students joined the astronomy club due to the event!
