| Report on the Results: | In celebrating World Space Week 2011, Da Nang Polytechnic Astronomy Club (PAC) succesfully organised 3D astronomy movie program at Cafe 3D, No. 17, Dang Tat Street, Da Nang City. The two movies chosen for the program are "Hublle 3D" and “The Universe: 7 Wonders Of The Solar System 3D”. Unlike common 2D movies, these two movies brought new experience for the audience about the Solar System and the mighty universe aroud us. It helped the participants get a higher viewpoint and gain more exciting knowledge about the Solar System the Hubble Space Telescope. There were two sessions: the first one was held on Saturday afternoon of October 8th and the second one on Sunday, October 16th, 2011. The program attracted more than 180 young Vietnamese astronomy enthusiasts and with such great support, the World Space Week 2011 in Da Nang, Viet Nam was a succesful event. |
