Event Name:	Astronomy and the 2012 end-of-the-world theory.
Event Description:	Astronomy helps us understand our universe and gives us a scientific view of where exactly we come from and how the Earth will come to its end one day, regardless of any apocalyptic theory. A CEDIA Foundation member will shed light on this, in the Japanese-Paraguayan Center, on Saturday October 13th, at 4 pm.

Report on the Results:	Atendees appreciated the material and information shown during the great talk given by Felix Piriyu. The presentation certainly raised awarness about the pseudoscientific content of countless miths and prophecies made regarding the end of the world.
