| Event Description: | In the context of celebrating World SpaceWeek 2012, October 4-10, Monastir Sciences Palace organizes different activities in several scientific areas;suchas “the Discovery Room” under the theme “Space for Human Safety and Security”: • 3D Projection area : the expositions of 3D documentary films about : - The use of space technology for environmental supervision. - The supervision of the planet and its impact on the environment. - The degrees of pollution, Climate change, satellite monitoring, risk of collision with the planet. - Supervision of technological space instruments. • Our planetarium is used to clarify and to sensitize the audience about the necessity of human safety and security. • The presentation of different workshops and competition under the theme “Space for Human Safety and Security”. |
