| Event Name: | Women power in space |
| Event Description: | Three groups of students (aged 7, 9 and 12) will take part in this event. Students will be introduced with the terms of an astronaut woman in space. They will be doing different activities such as watching films, colouring worksheets, designing classroom poster, creating a suit for a woman astronaut and discussing qualities one woman should have as an astronaut. They will also create the Solar System with women astronauts and rockets made out od paper, plastic and sticks. Older students will use some digital tools and create a perfect woman astronaut. |

| Report on the Results: | Because of Covid-19 virus all our activities had no attendance. Only students who took part in the activities were able to present. Students aged 7 made flaying rockets on sticks and coloured astronauts and then decorated the pinboard in their classroom. They were also introduced with terms such as astronaut, the Solar System, Space. Students aged 9 watched short films about atronauts and space, made paper rockets and designed the suit for female astronaut. Students aged 11 watched short video clips about the life of a female astronaut in space and drew how they imagine the life of a female astronaut in space. |
