From 11am-3pm on Saturday 8th October, the museum will be hosting a number of fun, interactive space activities including: Audio Universe planetarium show: This planetarium show takes the audience on an immersive journey inside a special spacecraft fitted with a ‘sonification machine’ that turns the light from objects in space into sounds. Tactile treasure hunt: Follow the clues to find the hidden astronomical objects… Planet surface making: Ever imagined what the surface of a distant planet looks like? In this free workshop you can make your own mini planet surface. |
