| Event Description: | Star Gate Astronomical Society in Diwania, southern Iraq celebrate the WSW 2022 with organizing a public camping under dark sky in the ancient ruins of the city of Ur. The camp will start on the afternoon of October 4th. and continues all through the night until sunrise of of the 5th. The team is well equipped with telescopes and other aids giving the chance for the public to enjoy observation and build awareness of the importance of space to the humankind. |

| Report on the Results: | The overall event was very informative and interesting. Attendees, though limited numbers due to chosen site far distance from main cities, have enjoyed the dark sky which enabled them to oberve and appreciate many DSO's. Apparently the attendees and participants have successfully gained the awareness towards sustainability. |
