| Report on the Results: | As part of World Space Week 2022, The Physics Society organised Mission Mars. The event was attended by over 120 students. Attendees were treated to a galore of entertaining activities including electrical circuit building, and the growing plants. Participants also collaborated with one another to tackle all the aspects involved in colonising Mars including Location, Rover, Asteroid mining, Food, Transport, and Energy. The ultimate motive was to simulate real life issues astronauts would face when trying to colonise Mars sustainably. Thank you to everyone that attended PhySoc: Mission Mars |
