| Event Description: | AIAA and the Mars Society invite you to celebrate Space Week with a presentation on NASA's Low-Density Supersonic Decelerator (LDSD) spacecraft. LDSD is a new disc-shaped design technology for sending vehicles to Mars. Developed by NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab, LDSD has been tested on the rocket track at China Lake!
