| Event Description: | Hanle Dark Sky Reserve Star Party 2024 is being organised for selected experienced amateur astronomers and astrophotographers from 30 September evening to the morning of 4 October. HDSR is a Bortle 1 sky location surrounding the Indian Astronomical Observatory of Indian Institute of Astrophysics. Though the Star Party is for registered participants, the evening of 2 October is open to local communities and tourists. |
