| Report on the Results: | October 11, 2008: WILPF had a table at the regional anti-war rally on Boston Common where we shared information about Keep Space for Peace. We urged people to sign the online petition to our elected officials advocating that we support negotiation of a treaty to Prevent an Arms Race in Outer Space (PAROS), a necessary addition to the 1967 Outer Space Treaty. WILPFers were interviewed by video and student print media on this subject. |
