Nikol Koleva Selected as World Space Week Association External Relations Manager

(Houston, Texas) Nikol Koleva has been named External Relations Manager of the World Space Week Association, the global coordinator of UN-declared World Space Week, 4-10 October annually.

“Since joining WSWA as an intern, Nikol has been an instrumental part of our team. Her unique experience as a Psychologist will be instrumental in taking our activities further.”

Originally from Bulgaria, Nikol completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology with emphasis in counseling in City University of London. She continued he studies in Psychology, perusing her Master’s at Webster University in Vienna. During her studies she specialized in space psychology research, more specifically in the Overview Effect. She feels excited to apply her knowledge to her work and contribute to future projects and collaborations.

“As a psychologist, I am by nature passionately curious about everything and space is no exception. I love to develop new ideas and work on projects tackling big and small issues in space. I am excited to continue my work with the World Space Week Association and advance new projects and collaboration with our incredible partners.”
