Combinando engenharia e design, o fato espacial do futuro será algo semelhante ao BioSuit ™ desenvolvido pela professora do MIT Dava Newman para a NASA. Durante a sua palestra, a Professora Dava Newman irá discutir os desafios do movimento humano no espaço e como a investigação científica que originou o revolucionário BioSuit™ pode também contribuir para melhorar significativamente a qualidade de vida das pessoas com problemas de locomoção no nosso próprio planeta. Human Spaceflight: Exploration from Earth to Mars The space suit that will be used by the first human landing on Mars will be very different from the one used by Neil Armstrong when he arrived on the moon. Combining engineering and design, the space suit from the future will be something similar to the BioSuit™ developed by MIT Professor Dava Newman for NASA. During this talk, Professor Newman will discuss the challenges of human movement in space and how the research behind the revolutionary BioSuit™ can actually be used to improve quality of life for people on our planet that suffer from movement disorders. |
