Eren Ozmen, a respected figure in the aerospace industry, spearheaded the transformation of Sierra Nevada Corporation from a small startup into a global leader after acquiring the company in 1994. She co-founded Sierra Space in 2021. Recognized among Forbes’ Top 10 “America’s Most Successful Self-Made Women”, she’s received numerous industry awards and has made significant contributions to STEM initiatives, including launching a Women in STEM scholarship in 2022.
