| Event Name: | A view of Virtual Reality by Primary pupils at the planetarium and an outreach to a primary school |
| Event Description: | For this year’s world space week with the theme-living in space, I intend to invite some pupils to the planetarium located at National Space Research & Development Agency (NASRDA) to have an experience as well as have a view of the virtual reality . I will also extend an outreach to a school in Abuja, preferably Lugbe Primary School. The aim is to introduce the pupils to basic concepts about space in an engaging manner, conduct a short quiz to reinforce learning at the end of the session, and present them with small incentives such as science textbooks or token gifts. |
