| Event Description: | Space Week Activation Plan – Early Grades Space Week introduces young students to space in a fun and age-appropriate way over five school days. - **Sunday:** Start with a morning broadcast about space, followed by a short animated video about planets and the solar system. - **Monday:** Story time – read *“Trip to Space”*, a fictional tale about a child exploring planets. - **Tuesday:** Art activity – students draw or color rockets, planets, and stars. - **Wednesday:** Educational game – *“Find the Planet”*, matching planets by color or size. - **Thursday:** Exhibit student artwork and distribute participation certificates. Teachers will use visual aids, storytelling, and hands-on materials. A space-themed corner may be set up in classrooms to display student work.
