Event Description: | Moonshine Dahlin Experience Overview Cultural Foundation Drawing inspiration from the beloved pre-electric era tradition of "Moonshine Dahlins" (Ring Dings), the program resurrects the spirit of community gatherings where moonlight was the stage light and human connection was the entertainment. These intimate cultural events of yesteryear brought neighborhoods together for singing, dancing, storytelling, and the sharing of wisdom across generations. The Modern Renaissance Our 21st-century reformation transforms the young women and girls into cultural stewards, tradition torchbearers, and space enthusiasts, coaching them to produce and perform a carefully curated evening that weaves together Jamaica's storytelling tradition with cutting-edge space science.
