Through this topic, we will work to raise awareness of the issue of gender diversity in the field of space and identify the obstacles that women face when entering jobs in that field, as well as contributing to discussions related to how to overcome these challenges. According to reports, 20 to 22 percent of the space workforce are women. We know that women face different problems according to their cultures and the geographical regions from which they come. So we aim to highlight that difference. |
