| Event Description: | Our college carried the tradition further and managed to celebrate the Cosmos in 2022, marked by the theme "Space and sustenability”, through educational activities. Students watched documentaries on astrophysics and astronomy during their physics, science and chemistry classes. The students were also involved in the conduct of this event in the College. They organized a team competition, entitled "Little Astronomers Travel Through the Solar System", aimed at their 6th grade classmates, in which they engaged them in educational and fun games created by high school students. This activity resulted in the awarding of the team that best demonstrated their artistic skills and general knowledge.The goals of this activities are to educate students about the benefits they receive from space , encouraging greater use of space for sustainable economic development, get young people excited about science, technology, engineering and math. |
