| Report on the Results: | Date: 08/10/09 School: Amity iNternational School Location: Mayur Vihar, East Delhi Topic: Jorney on the Beam of Light Educator: Gurmeet Kaur Report: There was a meeting of 2hrs at the school in which almost 40 students participated. I introduced them with the basics of astronomy and the also told them the significance of International Year of Astronomy. In the second half students were told about the vastness of the universe by showing a very interesting presentation in which students were fascinate by various beautiful celestial objects and finally reached at the farthest point in the known universe. |
