Event Name:	"Speed dating" de carreras STEM
Event Description:	This "speed dating" activity will bring together 62 school-age girls with professional women in STEM fields related to astronomy. This will allow the girls to interact with female role models they would not have the opportunity to meet under normal circumstances. The aim is to convey the message that astronomy is an inclusive, empathetic and open science to those who have the passion to learn it, without distinction of gender or socioeconomic background. 09:00-09:30 Girls arrive and are guided to patio (behind reception) where stands will be set up. You could set up that morning or leave materials with us the day before. 09:30-10:30 Visit AstroTáctil and observatory stands. Inclusive astronomy experience, observatory outreach materials and snacks available. 10:30-11:00 Welcome and introductions (Licancabur conference room). 11:00-12:30 “Speed dating” activity (Licancabur conference room), 8 tables with approximately 8 girls each + speaker and Inspiring Girls volunteer. 12:30 Adjourn
