The World Space Week was the official launch date for an extraordinary school project, where more than 3000 students will hear about the fascination of space exploration. The focus is the famous "Blue Marble" seen from Earth observation satellites. In a series of more than 20 talks, experts from the Austrian Space Forum will enthusiase teenagers in Upper Austria and selected other locations and demonstrate how remote sensing technologies can help to understand the changing world we live in from space. This project is carried out in collaboration with the European Space Agency as well as the Government of Upper Austria.
