Report on the Results:  Report on the 7th event of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurship and Startup Ecosystem Network (SEENA) and the opening of the Department of Spatial and Space Technologies Accelerator Artan 1100 Given that internationally today the figure is over 500 billion dollars in the field of aerospace and the percentage of employment in the field of aerospace in the United States is about 11.7 percent and in Japan close to 17.3 percent, which shows the importance of this field for developed countries. And our country must provide more useful efforts and investments in this area. In this regard, on the occasion of World Space Week, the seventh event of Azerbaijan Entrepreneurship and Startup Ecosystem Network on Tuesday, October 6, with the presence of Dr.Saeed Ghorbani, General Director of the Office, Public Relations and Secretariat of the Supreme Space Council of Iran and Secretary of World Space Week On behalf of Dr. Morteza Barari, Deputy Minister and Head of the Iranian Space Agency, Mr. Mohammad Farzad, General Director of Communications and Information Technology of East Azerbaijan, was held and a video conference was held in the province with the participation of 70 activists and enthusiasts in this field. In this event, Mr. Peyman Kayhanvar, Innovation, Futurism and Development Expert, Mr. Amin Pashmineh Azar, Secretary of Ayaz Tabriz Astronomical Society and Mr. Farzin Ashouri, Founder of 37North Startup, spoke about the importance of paying attention to the use of satellite data and making information available. Cited in the specific economic conditions of the country as well as the horizons ahead, they discussed and presented the challenges and solutions of the remote sensing services market. Following this event, the Department of Spatial and Space Technologies of Artan 1100 Accelerator was inaugurated in the presence of the General Director of Communications and Information Technology of East Azerbaijan Province and managers and experts of Artan 1100 Accelerator Knowledge-Based Company. The Department of Spatial and Space-Based Technologies was established with the aim of creating convergence and providing an atmosphere of interaction between different disciplines and using inter-organizational cooperation, especially the General Directorate of Information and Communication Technology of East Azerbaijan Province. These technologies are interdisciplinary technologies that include a combination of surveying, geography, information technology, remote sensing, positioning systems, environment, urban planning, and so on. Spatial and space technologies have wide applications in various sciences and businesses such as agriculture, environment, geology, mining, medicine, transportation, urban planning, military, water resources management, banking, and so on. Gradually, with the expansion of the department in the fields of precision agriculture, mining, health medicine, spatial intelligence, and. Will continue to operate. Also, due to the growth of drone-related technologies in recent years in future plans, the use of drones and small birds as a new solution for providing spatial information is on the agenda of this department. Drone data management will also be one of the future challenges that we will address due to the growing use of this technology. Axis of activity of the department In order to develop location-oriented and space-based technologies, the Department of Spatial Information Technologies works in the following areas and according to the capacity and facilities of the complex in cooperation with other departments: 1- Location Intelligence: A spatial intelligence system is being developed in collaboration with the Artificial Intelligence Department. Spatial intelligence is a way to turn spatial data into decision-making outputs. Twitter: For example, Twitter uses spatial intelligence to monitor tweets and analyze user behavior in different parts of the world. Large manufacturing companies also use these technologies to analyze customer behavior and decide on marketing and advertising strategies. BBVA Bank, a multinational bank, has used its vast financial data to discover customer buying patterns, business activities, and market performance. Election Process Tracking: The Wall Street Journal uses a spatial intelligence system to tell the story of elections and how they change from region to region and the impact of election campaigns. 2- Spatial technologies in the health system (Health GIS): With the cooperation of the faculty members of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, the research stages of a system for discovering the cause and root of diseases through spatial technologies are underway. The use of spatial information to detect and predict the course of diseases and health factors in society has a long history. Hippocrates: He has written about the role of the topography of the region in the physical health and morale of the people of the society. Mr. Zakaria Razi: Due to the pollution factors in different parts of Baghdad, he has suggested the best place to establish a hospital. Dr. John Snow: But the defining example that changed the world, according to the Guardian, was the map of cholera in London, which eradicated cholera 160 years ago. Known as the father of modern epidemiology, Dr. John Snow introduced the water pump as a source of contamination, given the prevalence of the disease in the city. In recent examples,World Health Organization: It had some projects on the use of location-based information to eradicate leprosy and malaria. These experiences show that location is an important factor in the detection and prediction of diseases along with factors such as hyperlipidemia, stress, heredity, and deserves the attention of health officials. Advances in the development of location-based technologies and related analyzes make the need for these technologies more apparent. Iran: Efforts have been made in this regard in Iran as well. For example, in 2008 a research study on the prevalence of lung cancer in the provinces of the country
