Event Description: | Monday, 10/9/2023 AD - A model lesson was presented in geography under the title (Components of the Atmosphere). The lesson included exploration by third year secondary school students of the various layers of the atmosphere, the troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere, and exosphere, and the characteristics of those layers and their importance, in which they used active learning strategies. It was proposed to prepare a training program by the teacher on modern geographic techniques and applications of newly used space visual systems, which will be presented to the students as part of the Space Week activities. The students also presented an educational infographic of the layers of the atmosphere and their various characteristics. The lesson was attended by: Professor Fahd Al-Harbi from the Tuwaiq Education Office, And a delegation of social studies teachers. Implemented by Dr. Ahmed Sayed Dawoud |

Report on the Results: | The lesson included exploration by third year secondary school students of the various layers of the atmosphere, the troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere, and exosphere, and the characteristics of those layers and their importance. The students acquired knowledge and skills for the lesson, and coordination was made to begin preparations for the program related to space visuals. The program executor and the participating students were thanked by the academic supervisor at the Tuwaiq Education Office, Riyadh Governorate. |
