Event Name:  ESTUDIO DEL MEDIO INTERESTELAR: TÉCNICAS OBSERVACIONALES Y ANÁLISIS DE IMÁGENES
Event Description:  Buenos Aires Planetarium Galileo Galilei has a cycle called "Masterful Classes". It consists of a class for university students about a special topic, performed by a specialist of that topic after a planetarium minishow, created specially for the ocassion. The audience is not only of students, but general public too. That way people of different backgrounds interact with each other and with the invited specialist. This time the specialist is Dr. Sergio Paron who will talk about how scientists "read" astronomical images. He titled his masteful class "Study of interestellar medium: observational techniques and analysis of images". Mr. Paron is Doctor in Physics, resercher at CONICET, member of IAFE (Argentinean Institute of Space Physic) and Professsor at UBA (University of Buenos Aires). After Dr. Paron ends his class, it will happen a final part with Q&A. The event will start at 7pm in Buenos Aires Planetarium show room. It is in Palermo neigbourhood (Av F. Alcorta y Av Sarmiento. Buenos Aires City. Argentina). The whole event is conducted by the planetarium lecturer, Prof. Andrea Clerici, with the asistance of the technician Pablo España.
