Event Name:	PPA Panthers Explore Space!
Event Description:	Students in all grades kindergarten through 5th will be learning about The International Space Station, the Solar System and challenges to human settlement beyond Earth. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each class will get to experience the wonder of a Mobile Planetarium. All week the 1st and 2nd grade classes will be reading "Rocko Rocket: Rocko's Big Launch", a book about a boy who dreams of becoming a rocket scientist, but first he must successfully launch his first rocket. The book will act as a spring board for a variety of activities that will culminate with a visit and reading from the author herself, Yolande Clark-Jackson.
