Event Name:  Expedition 36/37: Luca Parmitano. Free Astronaut Talk
Event Description:  Luca Parmitano is a European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut and a Major in the Italian Air Force. Between May and November 2013 he spent six months on board the International Space Station as a member of the Expedition 36/37 crew. During ASI's Volare Mission, Luca conducted experiments in the station's laboratories covering many scientific areas, from human physiology and biology to fluid physics and materials science not only for ESA, but also for the Station’s international partners. The US, Russian, Canadian and Japanese space agencies use almost 30 research facilities in space. Luca docked three spaceships and ventured outside the ISS for two incredible spacewalks, the second of which his helmet filled with water! Luca will show videos he made of his mission in space, commenting live about different moments and highlights of 166 days on the ISS.
