| Event Description: | Wie durch Satellitenaugen blicken wir auf unsere Erde herab und erfahren dabei was die bunten Bilder aus dem All über unseren Heimatplaneten aussagen. Wir lernen verschiedene Satellitenmodelle kennen, beobachten wie sich unsere Gletscher in den letzten Jahrzehnten verändert haben und gehen auf Entdeckungsreise in ferne Länder. Schulbezogene Veranstaltung: Für SchülerInnen aller Schulstufen und Schultypen kostenlos, altersgerecht angepasst. Anmeldung unbedingt erforderlich, begrenzte Teilnehmerzahl! Programm des AUDIOVERSUM ScienceCenters: 04.10.2017, von 09.00 - 17.00 Uhr, 45 Min. | Report on the Results: | 148 students, most of them elementary school kids, have participated in our World Space Week Event „Raus aus der Schule und rein ins Abenteuer Erde“. They had the chance to get to know our special exhibition „Adventure Earth”, which was developed by the European Space Agency and Ars Electronica. During the guided tour, the pupils got insights into earth observation, satellite images and what those colorful pictures from space can tell us about our planet. Together with a plush toy version of Rosetta and Philae, they explored what our “eyes” in space are able to monitor and how this information is made accessible. |
