| Event Description: | An Event to be conducted in a slum area in collaboration with an NGO Yuvsatta. By keeping the belief that such experience should be taken to every strata of the society, especially in case of a country like India where many can not even dream about it. The event will be commencing with a universe related movie, kids will then be provided with knowledge about the planets and the missions that were sent on them that will justify the theme of world space week 2017 We will conclude the workshop with some telescopic observations of Moon and Saturn. This would be the very first exposure of these kids to the mesmerizing world beyond our planet Earth's atmosphere |

| Report on the Results: | The event has been conducted well, Kids asked many Questions and their hunger for knowledge was well satisfied. A few of them showed interest in learning about Astronomy and Space science in future so that they can contribute in the same. Students will soon be shortlisted for further training,and they are looking forward to the World Space Week celebrations next year.
