| Event Name: | Cosmic Space Week - Discover EO Satellites and their Impact on Day to Day life |
| Event Description: | On October 10, 2017 from 10:00 AM the Romanian Society for Cultural Astronomy and the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the West University of Timisoara Romania will host a public event with the ocasion of the International Space Week. The topic of the event is the Importance of EO satellites in day to day activities and how satellite images can be used as a research tool by everyone. Four public talks of 30 minutes each are planned by our team of researchers. At the end a presentation at the planetarium of the university is planned. |
